If an item is in the library catalog
If you need the item immediately, do not place a request online. Call your local library.
You can request an item online. Once your item is available you will be notified by phone. Please note: Beginning Friday, September 1, requested items will only be held for four days.
To place an online request:
- Search the catalog to find the item
- Click on the "Place a Request" link
- You will need your library barcode number and
your password.
- If you have forgotten your password or do not have a password, contact your local library for further assistance.
- Select the location where you want to pick up the item. Once your item is available you will be notified by phone.
| If you have searched the library's catalog, and we do not own the material you are searching for, you can request the item through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). |
Fill out an ILL form and take it to any library's reference desk. A fee of $1.00 will be charged at the time you submit your request. If we are unable to borrow the item you requested, your money will be refunded.
