Remote Access Troubleshooting
At the Library:
- All the databases are available
Away from the Library:
- Most of the databases can be accessed with your Arlington Public Library Card number
- A few databases are not available outside the library; to use these, visit your library
- Some are TexShare Databases that require a username and password, contact your Reference Librarian for this information
If you are having trouble accessing the Databases from home. Some of the possible reasons are:
- You need to clear the cache on your computer
- You need to have cookies enabled on your computer
- You have a personal firewall installed on your computer
- You may need to disable popup blocking software for this site and/or the remote database sites.
