Downtown Library Makerspace
Discover and learn to use technology in the second floor’s Maker Suite. From sewing and other traditional crafts to cutting-edge 3D printing, the Downtown Library offers something for both experienced and aspiring makers.
Maker Nights
Learn a new skill, meet different people, and experience the library after hours. Each Maker Night offers a no-pressure environment where you can explore the creative process with other curious learners. Classes are designed by local experts for attendees with absolutely no experience, so every skill level is welcomed.
Creative Aging
Creative Aging is all about mentally, physically, and social active past the age of 65. If you always wanted to do something artistic, but never had the time before, this class is for you!
Gardening & Landscaping
Join us to learn more about water-efficient practices for your lawn, gardening in small spaces, or attend a workshop with a Tarrant County Master Gardener!
Southern Stitches Family Sewing Club
Do you want to learn how to sew or have a sewing project you want to finish? Want to meet like-minded people? Come join the sewing fun! ALL ages, experience levels, are welcomed!
Stories to Our Children
Through a weekly 5 session workshop, parents will have the opportunity to write a story for their children. Write a story for your child to treasure and be the one to inspire imagination and a lifelong love of reading and writing.
