On behalf of the staff at our seven locations across the city, welcome to the Arlington Public Library!
Whether you are getting to know the library for the first time or have been with us for years, we are glad you’re here. Our services are many and varied, and it is my hope that we have whatever it is you are looking for. From books, DVDs, and eBooks to programs for ages young and old, it is our goal to provide useful and meaningful services to people in all ages and stages of life.
As a long-time resident of Arlington, and now the director of our libraries, I have had the great fortune to experience the city as both a resident and an employee. I live, work, and play here, just as you do, and I believe that our libraries are a key player in making Arlington the American Dream City. We offer opportunities for our residents to learn, play, work, and grow, and we do so through the dedication of our staff and the support and enthusiasm of our amazing community partners.
We look forward to serving you and hope you will take advantage of the many resources we have available. Please let us know how we are doing and what steps we can take to better serve you and the community.
Sincerely,
Yoko Matsumoto
