This Black History Month the Arlington Public Library wants to recognize Black artists and creators in the community. We invite local artists to submit drawings, paintings, photos, and other works of art that will be showcased during our Black History Month Reception: An Evening of Jazz & Art. Artwork related to Black culture and experience is encouraged.
Please complete the artist submission form. Selected artists will be contacted about presenting their work during the reception. If you have any questions, please contact angela.harris@arlingtontx.gov
Submission deadline is Monday, February 20.
